South Indian Tour - 1 ( 13 Nights & 14 Days)

Day 01 – Chennai

Arrive Chennai and transfer to Hotel. After a relaxed morning we enjoy an afternoon city tour visiting Fort St. George, built by the East India Company in 1653 and St Mary's Church, the first English church in India. A welcome dinner has been arranged for this evening and stay overnight at Chennai.

Day 2 : Mahabalipuram

Morning after breakfast drive to Mahabalipuram. Rest of the day relax at the hotel.

Day 3 :Mahabalipuram

Morning after breakfast visit Arjuna’s Penance, Five Rathas and Shore Temple. Over night stay at the Hotel.

Day 4 :Pondicherry

Morning after breakfast drive to Pondichery. Raj Nivas, the former palace of Dupleix now the residence of Pudhucherry's Lieutenant Governor, Botanical Gardens, Chunnambar boat house, Bharathi Park, Museum, Romain Rolland Library, Botanical Garden, Anglo-French textile mills, the 400-year old banyan tree at Keezhoor, and the coastal town of Marakanam that was a major port in the 1st Century AD, are all worth the visit. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 05 - Trichy

Morning after breakfast drive to Trichy. Visit the temples over there at Trichy. Overnight stay at Trichy.

Day 6 : Tanjore

Morning after breakfast drive to Tanjavore. Thanjavur has been the capital of mighty Cholas for centuries. The Cholas have been known as the patrons of magnificent art culture and that is why Tanjore has a lot of attractions to see and appreciate. Overnight stay at the resort..

Day 7 : Madurai

Morning after breakfast drive to Madurai and visit Azhagar Temple, Pazhamudir Cholai (Hills) Thirupparankundaram, Thirumalai Naicker Palace, Mariamman Temple, Gandhi Museum, Meenakshi Temple. Over night stay at Madurai.

Day 8 : Periyar

Morning, proceed to Thekkady (Periyar) check in to your hotel by noon. After noon sight seeing visiting tea-coffee-cardamom plantations Overnight stay at Thekkady.

Day 9 : Periyar

Morning, boating through Periyar lake -Wildlife sanctury visting spice villages, Overnight stay at Thekkady.

Day 10 :Houseboat

Morning proceed to Alleppey , check in to your house boat Back water cruise through paddy fields, coconut lagoons, narrow canals and coir villages to Alleppy. Over night stay at House Boat.

Day 11 : Backwaters

Morning after break fast say good buy to the backwater cruise and check in to the beautiful back water resort. Rest of the day relax at the resort.

Day 12 : Varkala Beach

Morning after breakfast drive to Varkala. Rest of the day relax at the resort.

Day 13 :Varkala Beach

Morning.spending the entire day at beaches:- the paradise of sun, sea, sand and surf.

Day 14 - Departure

Morning: it's time to bid farewell. Drive to airport/ railway stations at Trivandrum.
